How To Use It:
Flax oil has a low smoke point, within the 200℉ range. So, to enjoy it in your diet, it's best used in recipes that don’t require heat. We love adding it in smoothies and salad dressing or drizzling it on food that is already cooked. Alternatively, simply ingest 1-3 teaspoons a day.
For topical use, apply the oil as needed to clean, dry skin, as a facial oil or a massage oil. It can also be used as a hair treatment.
To extend the product’s shelf life, store in the fridge once opened.
